Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Someone new was being trained at front desk. SE did an excellent job. There was someone else standing by just in case.. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Always a great place to stay and the staff is always friendly. It was really a nice treat on a cold day to have hot soup for all your guests. This was just one way they make you feel welcome. When I was there in the summer they grilled brats for everyone. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very clean, kept daily and upon your schedule. Loved the cookies, nachos and soup on the house in the evenings. Breakfast had some amazing sausage patties and eggs, waffles, and others. A true surprise that such a fine place to stay could be located far away from the beaten path. Very friendly, courteous, and informative staff. Clean, comfortable with helpful amenities including pool, spa and sauna. Good choices for breakfast.

We stay at the AmericInn Baudette for our family reunions and always love it. Thats why we keep voming back. The staff is so good to all of us and we usually have at least ten rooms. Our resort in Canada recommended this motel, looked at ratings on trip advisor and stayed one night August 15, 2012. Room was a king suite with a great rate for Seniors. We had never stayed in an AmericInn before and we found this one to be quiet a pleasent surprise! It really had an up North feel to it. The Lobby was very large and inviting. Great Hotel! Clean, updated, wifi, pets welcome, good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub/sauna, large parking lot for boats/trailers, customer service was great! Highly recommend if on a fishing/hunting trip or crossing the border daily.
