Not sure if anyone who will be looking to stay in Ottertail County, MN will find this review, but I thought I'd post anyway just in case.

We've stayed and looked at several resorts in Minnesota, both in the Brainerd area and Ottertail. This resort consists of 8 cabins on Lake Ethel. They are housekeeping cabins, which essentially means you do your own cleaning, and you bring your own towels and dishsoap.

Many of the other cabin rental resorts in MN aren't nearly as well situated as this resort. There is no question that this is the nicest resort we've stayed at OF THIS TYPE, for this price. (We paid $850 for the week.) There was a nice beach area for the kids to play right outside our cabin, as well as a Rainbow playground nearby. We stayed in cabin 6, which is one of the smaller cabins. While not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, it was nicely kept and comfortable, with some obviously new furniture.
