I was there in mid September. The pool and hot tub were closed, unfortunately. The fenced dog yard was a sludgy, muddy mess, and the entrance to it was about 6" deep with water. There are other places to walk the dog, though. Property is very pristine and pretty otherwise. Bikes to use, lots of places to walk for exercise.... More

Thank you for your nice review. Just wanted to let you and any other future guests know that the Wi-Fi in the resort had some issues that started this Fall and due to the age of the system and the advancements in technology the Resort will be upgrading the entire system to the latest and greatest Wi-Fi system before the... Really nice park but with over 200 sites (and growing) the pool and club house are small - there is no kids playground - the nature trails were both blocked by fallen trees and looked like they had been for awhile. Wifi was out during our stay

Just wanted to thank this guest for their nice review but do need to clarify some of the issues commented on. The nature trails did indeed have numerous fallen trees blocking the trails but the guest was probably not aware that in early August the Traverse City area was declared a disaster area due to a wind sheer storm that... An excellent park, with all of the amenities you would expect from a premium price park and a few more. All sites were perfectly clean with utilities well matched for the location. All you saw was grass, concrete pads, paved roads, landscaping and water features – no dirt or even gravel. Easy access to all sites, although our pad (116)... More

This is a beautiful, well maintained park - full of friendly, active owners and guests. We appreciate that the management sets high standards that result in a safe, clean, enjoyable atmosphere. We enjoyed our visits so much that we have purchased a lot. Pluses: proximity to northern MI attractions; comfortable, pleasant park; super clean, full baths (feel like home); attractive... More

This is an amazing RV resort. Beautiful large concrete pads, great cable, free internet, groomed lawns! The management was super friendly. The seasonal owners were great friendly and guided us to the best eateries and sites to see. All I can say is we are coming back. Can't wait till next year! Oh they also love our dog too! Great... My wife and I have been traveling the country for over 15 years now from coast to coast and we have never had an experience like we had at this property. From the moment we entered the park we felt unwelcomed. The park has "owners" that live in the park for half the year, which includes patio furniture, lawnmowers, and... More

Trip Advisor exists for the purpose of reviewing businesses. Whether or not a guest was able to get along with residents in a Resort should hold no bearing on the business itself. Your review stated that there were "spies" watching you and reporting you to the office. Yes, we do have people once a day driving around with clipboards to... More

I cannot argue the quiet and pretty setting - very tranquil. But I do agree with a previous reviewer that the "owners" dictate the unwelcoming atmosphere. We felt as though we were being watched often. The owners have every right to care about their "neighborhood" but then this resort should not lend itself to outside rentals. They should remove themselves... More

This RV resort is beautifully maintained. The amenities are abundant. Very well thought out down to the smallest detail. Like others that have stayed here, we were disappointed in the interment service. Kind of a pain. Overall. Just gorgeous.. People are extremely nice and helpful. Anxious for our friends to join us next week.

This is a lovely resort with, for the most part, first class amenities. People are nice, scenery is spectacular and the surrounding Traverse City area is one of the most exciting in northern Michigan with tons of stuff to do and experience throughout the summer and early fall months. The only real criticism we have, and it is a big... More

This resort has great amenities and is so well maintained. It is peaceful yet close to many attractions if you prefer activity. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful. Each section has its own bath house and gym. You will not regret staying here, in fact, you probably won't want to leave.
