My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend. The front dest staff was very courtesious and helpful. The rooms were slightly out of date, but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel. more

Stayed here thinking the price was right. The hotel rooms are old, noisy, and dirty. Bedding had food and who knows what else on them. The pool was outdoor, freezing (despite their listing of a heated pool) and it was unlit and dark. I could be wrong but I didn't see any security camera by the pool, or a way... more

This hotel is old, dirty, smelled of smoke, and very noisy. Although we were in a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke, and we actually found an ashtray in the room!! Breakfast was very minimal. Definitely not worth the price or even half of the price. Take my advice, and don't stay here. I won't be staying here again! more

No hot water, peeling wallpaper and loose carpeting, mold or rust in tub, stains on ceiling, damp smelly garden level (basement) room. Way over priced for condition of hotel. If this is Ramada, we will not be joining their frequent guest club anytime soon. more

this hotel was expensive for what you got. It was loud. We were put in a downstairs room, under the amusement room, where you could hear everything from upstairs. When we complained, we were told we had the best room in the hotel. the termastate did not work in the room, so the air would not stay on. It was... more

Chose a Ramada on the basis of its reputation as a good, clean, reliable chain hotel. Unfortunately we were hugely disappointed in every respect. The hotel room was dark, dingy and grubby. Rough uncomfortable bedlinen, thin grey towels in the bathroom, extremely poor quality complimentary bath products. The public areas were no more welcoming and the choice of breakfast was... more

We booked here with the Michigan Adventure package, which in all reality only saved $10.00 off of two tickets. The hotel is old. Our room was dirty. The faucet on the bathtub had a 1 inch gap between the tub and the faucet. The breakfast bar did not have plates!! The employee said it would be about a half an... more

The first room we were in was not what we requested. After being moved to the second room, it had no water pressure at all in the shower/bath. The third room was better but had spider webs in all of the croners of the room. We went to the lounge for a drink, and the woman working the front desk... more

Hotel is conveniently located just off of HWY 31 at the Colby Road exit in Whitehall, MI, (Muskegon Area) There are a lot of convenient fast food restaurants and basic-needs-type shopping located very close to the hotel. Full shopping options are not close. In general, the hotel is old and in poor shape. Most areas of the hotel smelled smoky.... more

Every year I plan a family trip to Michigan Adventures Amusement Park, this year I reserved 5 rooms at the Ramada Whitehall with great excitement after browsing their web page. With great disappointment the accomodations weren't great! One of my guests had previously heard bad reviews about this hotel, but I assured them that it was just one persons opinion.... more
