Friendly greeting by Larry and Lisa. Very comfortable, yet professional hosts. Evening treat was a chocolate torte that they will have to describe, plus a homemade spread with crackers and coffee. We enjoyed this on the patio which was a very cozy and pleasant setting. Our room was clean, comfortable and charming, Plus there was more chocolate! Breakfast was a... More

We had a fantastic time at the Cocoa Cottage with Lisa and Larry. The breakfasts were exceptional and the restored home was beautiful. We are on the younger end and were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary. We would recommend this to anyone who has not tried out a bed and breakfast before--it would be a great first experience.

Lisa and Larry were wonderful hosts. They run an impeccable B&B in a beautifully restored Arts and Crafts house, that they restored themselves. They are eager to share fun stories about the history of the building and their restoration. The entire cottage is clean and comfortable. Larry's evening hors d'oeuvres and breakfast were absolutely delicious. I can't say enough positive... More

We found Cocoa Cottage to be exceptional in every sense. The owners (Larry & Lisa) were a perfect balance of professional and friendly. They didn't make us feel that we needed to chat, but when we engaged them they were friendly and kind. Larry always took a second to help us find a good dining option. Lisa discussed gardening and... I can not say enough good things about the Cocoa Cottage and Lisa and Larry. Beautiful relaxed atmosphere with great attention been paid in to keep renovations in keeping with the time period of the house. Lisa and Larry both were very knowledgable in the surrounding area and provided us with great tips and itinerary for our wine tour on... More

This B&B was clean, comfortable & the owners went out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Delicious breakfasts, plenty of chocolate & clean, comfortable gathering areas & bedroom - what could be better?! The owners were very accomodating & helpful. My sister & I took our mom there... We gave stayed twice at the Cocoa Cottage and both have been unbelievable experiences. The faculties are in excellent condition and the atmosphere is special. Larry and Lisa make you feel like royalty and the price for the royal treatment is very reasonable! We highly recommend the Cocoa Cottage!!!

My husband and I stayed one night at this lovely little B&B back in September. We booked the Hershey room. It was a warm and homey room for an autumn stay, cozy but not cramped. The attention to detail at this B&B impressed us; craftmanship in the restoration, little library upstairs, outdoor seating area in garden with shade, sparkling clean... More

Larry and Lisa have made their Cocoa Cottage a true chocolate lover's retreat. Evening appetizers, desserts, and breakfast all included some form of chocolate treats, as well as welcoming and night time chocolates. The hospitality was wonderful, the cottage fascinating, and the location just perfect for our Autumn color tour agenda. This is our second time, but not our last.
