For the third time in recent weeks, the Whitehall Best Western experienced problems with the chlorination release system at the pool. This malfunction caused a 3 hour evacuation of the entire hotel at 10 PM. Not sure about anyone else, but I do not book a room with the hopes of being rousted out and spending several late night hours... more

If you are looking for a place to rest after a day at Michigan Adventure then this is the hotel for you. The hotel is at most a ten minute drive from the park. This hotel was built in late 2000. At most all hotels we have ever stayed you have a 11pm curfee to use the pool an being there in whitehall, we had found out it doesnt get dark till late so we stayed out sightseeing or to the beach and to come back to be ordered out of the pool and two other families were also just returning... more

Excellent location, convenient to Muskegon & sand dune rides on Lake Michigan.
