My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The maid service was OK the first morning but only made the bed, no clean sheets but straightened the room which we kept clean anyway. The second morning all that was done was the vacuuming, again, the bed wasn't even made, no clean sheets, no towels, shower not cleaned, whirlpool not cleaned, all... More

I come to the watersmeet casino a few times a year from north Dakota. I used to live in Detroit so even though its a different world its still Michigan and makes me feel close to " home". The hotel is very well priced under 100 for a suite with a hot tub and the front desk staff are always... More

The price was great, but there were very few amenities except coffee. WiFi would not work in rooms, you had to go to the lobby. Staff was very uninterested in guests. There was a decent dinner buffet for $10, but nothing special. Seems like just a place to plop down and eat and sleep when not gambling. We went there... More

We love to stay here. Prices are great. Bingo at the casino. Rooms are clean and nice. Easy access to lots of neat things in the western U.P. They have a nice pool area and hot tub. Would recommend it to our friends

The hotel itself was clean, room was large and clean, but is outdated. The staff were friendly and they accommated our dogs- everything was going good until there was a problem with the room key card. The battery needed replacing in the door and for some reason they could not find any replacement batteries, so they had us move from... More

The employees were so nice, and helpful when we checked in, and were even going to let us use the pool until our room was ready. We asked for a quiet / non-smoking room, and that's exactly what we got. The only downfalls were that the hotel needs some serious updates. The TV was an old box TV, some new... More

We usually like to stay at casinos when we are on the road because you can get pretty good deals, this was no exception. Room was $51.00 and it was very clean. They only had smoking rooms left but the room did not smell like smoke. There was a laundry room, pool and a restaurant. We were here on a... More

Stopped in passing through town. They stated they had only two rooms left. We took the non-smoking room. The room was in the corner of the building. Next door was a smoking room. We could smell cig smoke coming from the bathroom fan. We talked with the front desk and they stated they could not do anything about it. It... More

Pros: Great price. Room clean. Good Shower. Fairly Quiet. Restaurant was good. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Maintenance staff came right away when told of burnt out light. Cons: Beds not very comfy. Smelled smoky even though we had non-smoking room. I recommended this hotel to a friend who would be traveling through the area shortly after I did. Great price,... More

Good clean rooms, pet friendly, clean laundry room, & coupons. Pet rooms are smoking rooms but are not smelly. Clean, but no in room internet. Lots of parking too & RV parking spaces. Family oriented. Very friendly staff & helpful. Will recommend
