My experience at this hotel was horrible,I'd rather sleep in my car.The hotel staff are very rude and unhelpful. My remote for the main television in my suite didnt work,they made one attempt to bring another remote up to the room ,it didnt work so they quit trying. I was stuck with a remote that didnt work for two nights. I was unable to check my phone messages on the hotel phone, the staff ignored my request to have it looked into. when I payed for our rooms I wasnt given back enough change,when I brought it to the clerks attention,she argued that I was wrong. I had to argue and argue and request that she count her register she finally agreed after a few more minutes of insisting I was wrong,after counting she realized her drawer was over the amount that I said she never gave me. i found that to be very degrading, that I had to argue and argue and plead for the register to be counted before i could get my own money back.
