“Always good service”

When I get there Im always greeted nicely by Kathy. She has a sweet spirit and down to earth. Kathy is the best. My rooms are always clean. I never have a problem with my stay. I always tell people about ESA in Warren. I also like the prices of the rooms.

Hotels designed for extended stays are typically budgeted to give the customer a lower price, but with a lower level of service than most typical hotels. “Kathy, at the front desk, was great!”

Kathy and Arev were great. I rented a room with my parents and the pull out sleeper-couch was really hard to sleep on. “Definitely would stay here again.”

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. the room u had Was A nice size for a very affordable price. Hotel was also located in a nice area. Overall it was a nice stay. I definitely would go again.

“I was very comfortable, and felt safe and welcomed”

My stay here was wonderful. I had no complaints to make at all. The staff was very helpful and caring. Specifically speaking on the staff members, Jackie and jade.They made sure our stay was a great one.

“Warm, Homey, Great Staff”

I have stayed here several times in the past couple of years and all of the staff have been very welcoming and accommodating. However, I want to especially mention Stella and Kathy who are just top notch -- excellent! The rooms are nice and well equipped. The beds are comfortable.

Right away when I walked in I wasgreeted by a wonderful employee named Kathy, she made me feel welcomed. when I walked in the room it was clean, nice, roomy, and had a home feeling to it. I give my overall experience a 5 star

“Best stay”

I enjoyed it. The staff was very polite, considerate, knowledgeable in regard to the hotel and the surrounding areas. I would certainly recommend this location to all of my family, relative, friends, business associates etc. All of the staff have a positive attitude, will accomodate date you as much as possible.
