We stayed at the Saganaki cabin in February. We had 4 guys and we all thought it was great. Easy access to trails and plenty of room. Beautiful area for snowmobiling. Restaurant/bar was great and so was the food. Highly recommend!

Super friendly resort staff everywhere- front desk, shuttle, ski school, bar tenders, waitresses, lift ops, ski patrol, etc. This is not one of those luxury Colorado resorts. The food is not gourmet and tends toward the food service frozen variety. The local beer is great. The lodge and buildings are, in a word, rustic. You don't drive to Indianhead for... More

The Lodge- not to be confused with the other slope-side places. The staff was friendly. The room was terrible. Think 1982 and the Shining! We left and headed to the American Inn (which was amazing!) It is close to the ski hill however, there isn't any food or bars-except those at Indianhead.

I don't know what year Indianhead built the accommodations, but it has a 70's feel. Nothing has changed since my last trip in 1988. They are still using grooming equipment from the 1960's and they really do need to improve that. The trailside condo we rented was smaller than the pictures, but was clean and adequate. The restaurants, bar, chairlifts,... More

My family skied at Indianhead - but did not stay there. The ski conditions were great. However the lift tickets were very expensive and the staff was not very accomodating in assisting in locating any discounts. The marketing manager has a "take it or leave it" attitude. While other ski areas have discounted single day lift tickets on liftopia, Indianhead... More

A mixed bag here. An older resort, a little dated, but clean and pleasant. Our glitch was that we had reserved a 3 bedroom house for 2 couples and 2 children. When we arrived we were told the owner had given it to some friends without informing management. We were put into a 2 bedroom house which had enough beds,... More

We just returned from a 3 night stay at Indianhead with a group of 7 families. We stayed in the Zermatt lodge complex. (We had 7 of the 8 rooms in the building) While the rooms are a little dated, they are clean, laid out nicely and have plenty of storage. They are equipped with a coffee maker and dvd... More

I have been travelling and skiing at Indianhead Resort for over 30 years. I have stayed right at the resort on and off over the years. Mainly off-site beacuse of the dated accomodations and the price. However, they had a pre-Christmas special that was hard to beat, so I booked a three-night stay and skied for two days. The skiing... This was my first trip to Indianhead. Other than the rainy and foggy weather, it was a pleasant stay at the resort. We were treated very well as the ski racer families were welcomed with open arms (and reduced rate!). When we arrived at the resort ready to check in, the staff discovered that there was a computer glitch at... More

We stayed at the AAR house down the hill from the resort. Great access to the ski hill yet quietness of your own home.
