The biggest thing is the service! The rooms were well appointed for this 3 star hotel! Very clean. Very helpful staff. The Red Ox Tavern is just a walk across the street. Great Value! more

I have stayed at this hotel three times and the beds are so comfortable and same with the pillows. The rooms are of perfect size and i love the fact the tv swivels on the wall. Not a great channel selection but oh well. The employees are so polite and fun to talk too. Dissapointed that the rooms dont have... more

I live in the area and sometimes stay here just to get away. The place is beautiful as well as the rooms and very afforable! The rooms are clean and are the perfect size. The people at the front desk are very polite. The food is good too.. especially the deserts on display as soon as you walk in. The... more

My husband stayed one night as a quick and cheap getaway. It is in walking distance of Dave and Buster's and other restaurants and shopping all within a 2 mile distance. I was most pleased with the cleanliness and the value for my money. more

The Hyatt tries hard to be modern, upscale and maybe a little hip and succeeds in most areas. I spent two nights and I was pleased by the room -- it was a sort-of-suite with a bed area and a living area, although there was no way to close one area off. The room has a great 42" flat screen... more

I have used this hotel many times for out-of-town colleagues to stay at, and have never had a complaint. Every time they come back , they request to stay here again. My family stays here too when we don't have enough room at home, and they have always been impressed. The staff is always helpful, and you can tell that... more

Beautiful hotel that has been recently renovated. We had a room with 2 doubles and a living area with a sectional couch, 42 inch flat screen TV. Would be great with little kids because they can sleep on one side of the room, parents could stay up. Also a great place if shopping with friends - Lakeside Mall and all... more

The hotel was lovely, inside and out. The room and flat screen tv were huge. There was a large pullout couch, too. However, the weekend we stayed there, the hotel was overly crowded due to some events in the area, and the elevators were a nightmare. Also, we were extremely disappointed that there was no hot tub, though there was... more

When I step foot into the Hyatt I was amazed! I used the check-in kiosk. It was very user friendly. A staff even came to check to see if I was having any problems. The hotel/rooms looks just like the photos. The room was very spacious. I stayed in a guestroom w/ king bed. The bed was comfy and yes,... more

This is one of those hotels you "Gasp" at when you get your surprise when you book on Priceline, but I have to tell you, I was dead wrong. It's basic, not a ton of services, but they go overboard to make you feel at home. First of all the rooms are big, with a living room with a 42... more
