We booked this stay on Priceline for $54. My daughter and I stayed one night so we wouldn't have to drive down the morning of her state nursing exam. We checked in and were given a room that had not been cleaned. We were then given a room by a exit door that woke me up every 10 minutes with a slam. Breakfast is not included, they charge $10.95 even if you just want to grab a quick bagel. Nothing special about this hotel. more

If you've stayed at Courtyard then there should be no surprises. Very friendly and professional fron desk (I am an elite member at Marriott, so that may have made a difference.)
