The front desk staff (Melissa) was crazy busy, yet still took the time to answer my questions and was helpful. She apologized for saving to wait and provided useful information about the area, including places to eat and the best way to navigate the city. The rooms desperately need updating and the hallways could use a once over as well.

Upon entering the hotel, I was impressed. The scenery was nice, and not at all what i expected after reading the reviews. I found Melissa at the front desk to be very rude but other then that it was an overall pleasant experience. I informed Melissa that there was no coffee left and she ignored me and rolled her eyes.... More

This hotel was in a good location close to the freeways. Not really close to any restaurants to get a quick bite to eat. The room was very spacious but lacked all the extras. No coffee pot, blowdryer, TV guide, welcome book with area attractions. The telephone in room didn't work, ceiling had water damage in several areas in and... More

I was disappointed to see how little was available to guests in the room. Added charges for Wi-Fi, no blow dryer, no soap or shampoo, no coffee maker, no laundry bag. Large rooms, but next to none of the simple amenities one would expect at the most basic hotel nowadays. Also, the nonsmoking room smells like an ash tray.

After having read the other reviews, I was ready. I was a guest for 1 week, June 7-14. Woman traveling solo. Yes, it does need some updating, which I believe is imminent. For the rate I paid, it was a very good value. Great location. Safe. Large rooms. Balcony overlooking beautiful green lawn.

The hotel looks great from the outside and inside but I found several problems while I was there. For example, computer in business center not working. TV remote in room didn't work. Staff told me they were unable to get it to sync with the TV because the didn't know the code. Laundry room soap dispenser out of order. No... More

Worst experience. One day, I find and killed roaches and spiders. And then left early to the airport. When i return, they have cleaned up pretty good. I tell them that i found roaches this morning, and they come and check the room and cannot find it, because the room service have cleaned them up. They sort of ridiculed me... More

I stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament. We were given a “group rate“ of $109. And was told we have to call to book the rooms. Well I went on Expedia and booked my room for $62.00. When I asked the front desk clerk about the price difference between the two she informed me that she has no... More

We stayed there 3 nights while visiting family nearby. The hotel has a huge parking lot and is three stories, but very spread out. We walked for quite a ways to get to our room. There are no fancy frills in the rooms, no frig, microwave, or coffee pot. There is no breakfast served in the mornings. The third day... More
