Didn't expect much after reading reviews but was thankfully not disappointed. I have been at this facility when the previous owners (Hyatt) were in control and not much has changed. The hallways are dimly lit and needs some updating. If you are looking for luxury this is probably not your first choice. The Met was 'clean' and that's all I... More

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, nice staff, and overall nice quiet hotel. Very secure hotel, with room keys used for outside hotel and pool. My only complaint would be that the pool was just to warm for me, it was like bath water. For an indoor pool just to warm. Overall a great... More

The building looks like a former medical clinic. When I opened the door to my room, there was an overwhelming aroma of tobacco, mixed with the scent of cleaning fluids. The stench kept waking me up all night.

The front desk staff (Melissa) was crazy busy, yet still took the time to answer my questions and was helpful. She apologized for saving to wait and provided useful information about the area, including places to eat and the best way to navigate the city. The rooms desperately need updating and the hallways could use a once over as well.

Upon entering the hotel, I was impressed. The scenery was nice, and not at all what i expected after reading the reviews. I found Melissa at the front desk to be very rude but other then that it was an overall pleasant experience. I informed Melissa that there was no coffee left and she ignored me and rolled her eyes.... More

This hotel was in a good location close to the freeways. Not really close to any restaurants to get a quick bite to eat. The room was very spacious but lacked all the extras. No coffee pot, blowdryer, TV guide, welcome book with area attractions. The telephone in room didn't work, ceiling had water damage in several areas in and... More

I was disappointed to see how little was available to guests in the room. Added charges for Wi-Fi, no blow dryer, no soap or shampoo, no coffee maker, no laundry bag. Large rooms, but next to none of the simple amenities one would expect at the most basic hotel nowadays. Also, the nonsmoking room smells like an ash tray.
