The staff was very hospitable; and the place was well kept. The rooms were very clean and nicely docorated. more
Our room had a broken window too!!! We stayed on the weekend of Jan 20th! You would think after a month that the window would be fixed by then! The pool and hot tub area was closed. We were up all night long because of inconsiderate snowmobilers which management did nothing about. We then decided to check out on Saturday... more
This hotel was the worst hotel we stayed at. The pool was NOT heated and had a layer of slim on it, the hot tub had sand all at the bottom of it, the toilet had human waste in it when we first got there, and the garage was not working. The cable was out and the sauna didnt work.... more
