Clean modern bathrooms and showers, nice park like setting with lots of trees, bridge over highway takes you to a great swimming beach, and it is a only a couple of miles from town of Traverse City. As others posted this park is right next to an airport & road. We were at Lot 151 and the road was not a huge factor except for being able to hear sirens/loud bikes occasionally. I had no problems with this facility. I stayed for about a week and loved the location. There was a lovely beach and bike trails that take you right into downtown TC.
