The condos are large, comfortable, well appointed and well maintained. The views are great and the large porch is perfect for morning coffee, lunch and dinner. We bring kayaks and paddle around the bay a lot. Perfect blend of beautiful water and creature comforts indoors. The pool and hot tub are never crowded and we enjoy them in the evening.... More

The Peninsula Bay is a nice condominium complex in a good location. It is right on the bay and just minutes from downtown. Our two bedroom condo was spacious and modern but BADLY in need of a total paint job. The kitchen has high end appliances and is fully stocked. The washer/dryer combo is convenient. . My advice is to... More

We stayed here for a week in August with our two girls, ages 3 and 16 months. The ammenities were as promised. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The beach was very nice as we took lawn chairs out about 30 feet from shore to a sand bar...PERFECT for small children or kids of any age... More

My parents, husband, and I stayed at a condo at Peninsula Bay during Memorial Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, complete with all the amenities and comforts of home. We enjoyed cooking in the updated kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and it was like being at a (clean!) home away from home. I loved the updated styles, appliances, and decor.... More

This is a beautiful Condo! I do recommend staying here. The manager met us at the door at our arrival and walked us up to the room and showed us around. The furniture and decorating is very nice. I loved the huge shower in the master bathroom. I would highly recommend that they hire a better cleaning crew though, there were... More

This is not a "resort" property but privately owned condos that are available for rent. Don't expect amenities or activities. The unit was extremely clean and equipped, property clean and well maintained, rental management accessible(although we had no need to call). Only downside was master bed extremely uncomfortable! Incredible views of East Bay.

A beautiful 1200sq ft condo with every possible amenity you could imagine. Steps from the beach, outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Marble kitchen and baths, leather furniture and the large plasma t.v. above the fireplace. We had a ground floor room with a walk-out sliding door to a elegant glass/rattan patio set. The agent who we delt with was... More
