We'll be back! Beautiful Historic building and Barb & Hank were great! Location is perfect...close to downtown but very quiet at night. Comic Festival and Winter Festival were fun(try the "souper boul" soup tent). Can't wait to come back in the summer and walk the neighborhood and see the fantastic homes!

The home is gorgeous and in a great location. The breakfast served was Tex-Mex style which I found very odd. I was looking forward to a traditional breakfast at this venue. The inn keeper was very nice and helped us find delicious dinner reservations.

5 star all the way! Everyone needs to stay here once! It is close to all downtown amenities. We stayed at Christmas/New Years Eve time and the holiday decor is breathtaking. Wellington Inn is ideal for groups of couples or just one.

The Wellington is an absolutely stunning B&B, with the most charming hosts, Barb and Hank. We have stayed both in the summer and Christmas time. Each season is lovely, but the decorating during Christmas is amazing. Not to mention the scrumptious breakfasts Barb prepares. We look forward to our next visit!

This was our third stay at the Wellington Inn and we will keep coming back. The house is grand, perfectly located and we love the 3rd floor common area with the ball room and stocked kitchen. We look forward to bringing more friends with us next time to share this special place!

Any room at the Wellington Inn would be an excellent choice. The restoration and furnishings of this mansion are exquisite. We stayed in the Vortroba room where we found a clean modern shower. We found the breakfast to be delicious and satisfying. The story of the renovation process is interesting as is the history of the property. If you have... More

The wife and I had a great time at the Wellington. It was our last stop on our coastal antique tour in November. The house is magnificent, the furniture/decor are top notch, and the we plan on staying again. We stayed in the Vortruba Chamber and I have nothing but applause for it from an aesthetics and size perspective. In... More

We stayed for a wine tasting weekend in Leelanau County with a large group of couples. The inn is beautifully and authentically restored by the owners, and they will be happy to show you around. The best thing for our large group was the attic "ballroom" with a fully stocked kitchenette which we used to drink wine and play cards... More

I just returned from a weekend getaway with my mom and my sister, and we had a marvelous time staying at the Wellington. Barb and Hank were lovely--welcoming, friendly, informative, and very attentive. The house is absolutely stunning, and they have done an amazing job restoring and decorating. We had so much fun exploring and hanging out in the converted... More

The Wellington Inn is the nicest B&B my husband and I ever stayed at. We stayed on the third floor in the Milliken Room. The room and private bath were large and beautifully decorated. The bath was spotlessly clean. Barb's breakfasts were delicious and filling. Barb and Hank thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. They provided helpful restaurant... More
