We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time! The balcony was wonderful to sit and drink our wine. We started and ended our day in the free tasting room, and with several wineries within a short drive, there was plenty to do if you are looking for a laid back, relaxing break from reality.

This was the second time we visited and can't wait to return a third time. We brought friends with us this time and they were very impressed. The rooms are well decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The area in the inn to relax is amazing. Each day you receive a bottle of wine. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful.... More

We stayed for 3 nights and found our stay very affordable. We loved the inn itself - very homey and comforting. We even got to meet The owner and he showed us around our first night. The place is very relaxed and only has six rooms. Each room has a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, granola bars, popcorn and you get... More

Hi! Thank you for taking time to review the Inn at Chateau Grand Traverse. We value your feedback in making decisions and constantly improving our products and services. I apologize that your bed was uncomfortable and we are looking into addressing that problem, but are happy that you at least had comfortable pillows! I've also asked our staff to make... More

Owner of the Grand Traverse Chateau Inn should be extremely proud of their offerings. In fact they could take "Traverse" out of the name and just call it Grand Chateau Inn, because that's what it truly is, grand. My wife and I, along with a bunch of our friends, rented the entire inn, six rooms. Having the place to ourselves... More

Not only is the Winery beautiful, but the property and Inn is wonderful. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits you each evening, and a wide array of breakfast food is ready for you in the morning. The location is perfect for adults, away from the touristy waterfront, but still close enough to enjoy all the convenient attractions. We really enjoyed... More

On Old Mission Peninsula for a weekend of wine tasting with another couple, we loved staying at the inn! Located behind the winery, the inn is quiet and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the common areas are large and comfortable. The staff wants you to make yourself at home as this is an inn, not a bed and... More

Our party of 4 had 2 adjacent rooms, for one night. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast. The fitness room was very large and well-appointed. The bottle of wine with the room was a nice touch too, but hey, it's a winery after all. The only drawbacks were the small ice maker in the fridge to be shared by... More

We received a two day stay at the Inn from our kids. We had a flawless stay. The facilities are impeccable and beautifully maintained. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. We could not say a bad thing about or stay. Nice rooms, grounds and a great bottle of wine as a gift each night. We went to 6 different... More

Being from Grand Rapids, but living in Texas, I booked my honeymoon here based on reviews, pictures, and price. I couldn't have been happier. It was the exact location my wife requested (although she never was told where we were going). She wanted quiet, small, no kids. I wanted modern, clean, and spacious. This place was great. She commented how... More

My husband and I stayed here April 26-29 (Friday-Monday) for a relaxing getaway. Check in was smooth (go to a small office behind the main winery/tasting room) and getting settled into the room was a breeze. We were greeted at the inn (just down the hill from the winery, all in walking distance) by a lovely young lady who showed... More
