Jeff and Chris run a wonderful place. We booked the 2 bedroom with a fireplace (One king size, and the other queen size) a kitchenette and three flat screen televisions. I came into town the night before surgery and needed a place to stay for the night before. The beds were very comfortable and having two bedrooms made it so... More

Clean room that looked recently remodeled. We stayed in a kitchenette. it was like a two room apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. For the price, I dont think you could beat it.

Our stay here was great. The staff was friendly and they accept large dogs. For the price it is hard to beat. The rooms are all very clean and unique. Our first night we stayed in the queen studio, it was a very cool space but tiny! I felt like I was in an RV. The next night we stayed... More

We absolutely loved this place. The decor is a little outdated, but clean, spacious and wonderful. The staff was helpful and we ended up staying an extra night. The TART trail is right behind the property and the location was great. Would stay here again no doubt.

This little spot was so down-home and comfortable. There were two great televisions, kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom. The rates were beyond reasonable and Jeff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this little spot anytime of year. Not to mention Lake Michigan is right across the street!

Thank you for the comments, Tamika. I enjoyed visiting with you and sharing some suggestions for what to do and where to go in the area. I'm sitting here looking at East Bay now and being thankful for where I am and the opportunities I have to meet new guests like yourself and so many others we see every year.... More

We went in Dec. 2013 and got the Jaccuzi suite for only $55. It was clean, modern and very large with a king bed upstairs and a queen downstairs, 3 flat screen tv's and a kitchenette. Very good value.

Jeff maintains the place well and is so accommodating with requests. The 1 bed we had was perfect with its little kitchen, pot and pans and the bedroom was clean, comfortable and the 2 TVs didn't hurt either. Parking was convenient, specially considering the snow. Will definitely come back here. Oh and its about a couple miles from Front street/downtown,... More

My husband and I stayed here the one night in September and were amazed. Friendly staff, told us we could take bicycles to town free of charge. We expected a single room with 1 bed. We got a 2 bedroom with kitchenette. And the upstairs bedroom was a King size bed with a Jacuzzi tub. I could not believe it... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a getaway and it was the perfect place. We were nervous at first because of the low price...64 a night!! And the website was A little outdated, but we were totally surprised ! We ended up have a two story room with two full beds abd one queen..not that we needed that many!... More
