Good location, very, very clean. Pool is clean. Staff is friendly --- with one exception. When we arrived, the woman at the desk didn't look up, didn't greet us....turns out she was on her phone and apparently her shift was up. Luckily, another woman came out and was very welcoming. This trip was my husband and me, there were several... More

If you don't need to be on the beach, this is a great option. We booked with another couple and enjoyed the small shared living space so we could play cards and be together. Good value, clean and beds slept comfortably.

Very nicely kept property with surrounding trees and flowers by rooms. We stayed in the end suite, and it was nice and quiet. Room was clean and fresh. You can open windows at the front, side and back of the suite for a wonderful through-breeze. Very comfortable. Very good value.

My husband and I took a trip around northern MI, and this was our favorite hotel. We were here for 2 nights...I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to keep our trip going :) Very friendly owners, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with a little kitchen area, very quiet location. Beaches across the street and down a... More

we recently stayed here for a weekend and although the place is old, our room was VERY clean and QUITE. There are restaurants and a put-put golf course within walking distance. However, there are no sidewalks in this area until you walk about 2 city blocks on a grass trail near the roads edge. the outdoor pool and hot tub... More

My wife and I stayed here on vacation. We had a second floor, studio room -- one small room and adjoining bathroom -- complete with small full-size refrigerator, two-coil stove top, sink, microwave, and kitchen supplies. We purchased food at Tom's market just north on US31 and cooked dinner in the room. A dining table for two was perfect. The... More

Had the opportunity to stay here during the week leading up to Memorial Day. While the staff was obviously very busy prepping for the holiday, they were very friendly and responded pleasantly to all of our needs and questions. The room was very clean and also had a king size bed, jacuzzi and TV upstairs. (three TV's in all) We... More

I had to find a hotel that accepted dogs. I also wanted an outdoor pool, since dogs are not allowed on the beaches. The staff were so nice to me and my chihuahua. I was so excited when I walked into my room, expecting a traditional king bed hotel room. The room had a living room, kitchenette and bedroom with... More

This hotel was a nice surprise. There is a separate living space with kitchenette, and a bedroom down the hallway. Now, it is by no means a modern hotel with the newest updates, but it is very clean & larger than expected. Also my dog liked it because there was a large field to take walks. And the separate bedroom... More
