As with all the other reviews we were blown away by this place. Susan (the proprietor) is interesting, smart, fun, witty, good company and discrete when you feel like some down time. Tucked away amidst apple orchards lies an experience more akin to time travel than a weekend b and b. Oil lamps set the house aglow in the evening and Susan's delicious and period authentic cooking makes you feel invited into another world. Chickens roam the yard and supply eggs for Susan's breakfasts and remarkable pound cake. All is cooked on... More
