I was a bit nervous about staying at this hotel due to reading a few negative reviews. I stay with many Comforts so I took my chances. Needless to say, I had a wonderful stay! The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had a nice large work desk, and the hotels interior was nicely decorated. I... more

We liked the hotel. It is very close to I-75, easy to find, and a short drive from DTW where we were meeting a family member. The kids used the pool and fitness room. Breakfast had lots of choices and plenty of good food. We booked a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. There are railroad tracks... more

Our car, along with 3 other employees of my company, were broken in to. Windows were smashed and belongings were taken. Securtiy cameras were broken at the time. Police stated that vehicle breaks ins were common at this hotel. When hotel was notified, they apologized and then proceeded to do nothing. Emailed them several times and spoke to main office... more

The goods: Comfy bed, good location, nice price, mini-fridge & microwave in room. Employees were very nice. The bads: Bed squeaked, hotel near train tracks (heard each night), desk chair was broken and would not raise, iron worked but dial was broken so I couldn't see what setting it was on, internet access was down for 24 hours, no business... more

I was willing to give this hotel a try because it was the only one which fit my requirements in the Detroit area. A hotel that offers a suite/room that can sleep six, an indoor swimming pool for kids, high-speed internet access, and complimentary breakfast. Contrary to all previous bad reviews, I didn't have a single complaint about room dirtiness.... more

The hotel is in a nice area, but it is near the train tracks. We stayed for four nights and I only heard the train one time. The main problem with this hotel was the cleaning staff. The bathroom were not very clean when we arrived. We ended up cleaning them ourselves and then not letting the house cleaning staff... more

The previous writer is correct, this is a very dirty property. Employees for the most part are not trained well. The rooms had trash behind beds, and disgusting bathrooms. Breakfast wasnt too bad. For the $89.99 that we paid, you would do much better going down to the Holiday-Inn dowmn the street. I wish we would have. They were not... more

Date: May 21, 2005 The going rate of this hotel is about the average price as any other but the reason we liked this hotel was because we were travelling with our baby and the room comes with a fridge and microwave which is really needed when you are travelling with a baby and it sounded spacious with a separate... more
