We stayed in the Sirens Call room in early October and had a wonderful experience. Mike and Patty were excellent hosts. The food was outstanding. Everything was homemade and fresh. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We went here for our 15th anniversary. It was a very romantic getaway. This Italian Manor is nestled on beautiful grounds. The entire house is warm and welcoming with its décor. The 3 course breakfast was absolutely incredible. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nature paths and visiting the cats outside. Our only disappointment was that we hadn't... More

My husband and I spent three nights in this really lovely old mansion. The food was all made from scratch and it was wonderful. The rooms were large and comfortable beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Patty and Mike go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were there on Mother's Day weekend and Patty helped... More

We stayed at this very charming bed and breakfast which is about an hour and a half drive out of Chicago. Charm with a capital C, and that goes for the nature of the owner operators of this fine Italianate abode. The house is about a 150 years old and it has been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms... More

I would recommend anyone to stay at the Seymour House! It is a great getaway for anyone looking to get a nice relaxing weekend. There was a variety of people that were staying there the weekend that we went, everyone from college aged couples, to couples in their 30s, to couples celebrating a second marriage. Everyone was so nice and... More

Stayed 4 nights....the best thing about this B&B is that it's awesome. The worst thing is that the next time I try and stay there, they'll probably be booked solid. Situated roughly half-way between South Haven and the Saugatuck/Dougla area on the Blue Star Highway, this is a great get-away while not being too far removed from the good restaurants... More

We stayed in August 2012 at the Seymour House. We had actually made reservations in South Haven at the Ramada but we really wanted to stay at a B&B. Our plans were made late and every place I checked was full. The Seymour House had 2 rooms which was what we needed. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, bathrooms were... More

If you are looking for a B and B in the area look no further than the Seymour House. A comfortable and inviting bed and breakfast with the most accomodating innkeepers we have ever found in our travels. The rooms are charming, the breakfast is home cooking at it's finest and the overall service is beyond reproach. Dietary restrictions are... More
