My mother and I stayed here for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was great. We stayed in the Siren's Call. The house very was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out by the pond with a very friendly cat and a hawk flying over us. The room was very clean. The pantry was... More

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Patty and Mike's B&B was like our home away from home. We used the location as a home base to explore Grand Rapids (ArtPrize and Meijer Sculpture Park). Also small towns within 1/2 drives included Saugatuck, Fennville, Holland, South Haven. Upon arrival I marveled at the many cross-stitch pieces Patty made and framed... More

We stayed only one night, for our anniversary, and found our room and the house very comfortable and cozy. We prefer bed and breakfast locations because of the personal, homey touches they offer and the Seymour house did not disappoint. Patty and Mike are very accommodating and offer 24 hour refreshment access to beverages and awesome homemade cookies!! The breakfast... More

My wife and I just recently stayed for weekend and had a great time. Patty and Mike were wonderful hosts. Breakfast were delicious! The Seymour House was well located between Saugatuck and SouthHaven on a beautiful piece of land. The homemade jams and maple syrup were amazing.

Nancy and I really enjoyed our stay here. There were just a couple of things that bothered me that really had nothing to do with the accommodations as much as it does with the grounds. Patty and her husband are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfasts are delicious and the jellies are homemade. We were there for... More

The house is a beautiful solid country house. All of the rooms are well appointed. The hosts are friendly, helpful, engaging people. Patti is a fabulous baker and chef. The breakfasts were wonderful, fruit, eggs, breads, and waffles. They have 11 acres of land, a pond and paths to walk. This place is nicely situated between South Haven and Saugatuck!... More

First the good part: This was a beautiful old house on a lot of acreage with a pond in the back. Very pretty with well maintained trails around the property. Patty was a lovely hostess. There were snacks available 24-7 -- home-made cookies, water, soda, tea, chips and popcorn. But our room (Patty's Garden, on the first floor) was freezing!... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seymour House! Patty and her staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast with the homemade breads and jams was delicious as were the cookies that Patty provided as a snack. The location was very convenient as we wanted to explore both South Haven and Saugatuck. The house is just beautiful! We stayed... More

We wanted to have a long weekend getaway and decided to go to the beach towns of Southwestern Michigan. We had intended on staying in a hotel in Saugatuck, but the “Venetian Festival” was going on and all the hotels were filled. So we found Seymour House kind of as a last resort, but had we known about it beforehand,... More

Much care and love goes into the homemade jams, marmalades, cookies and maple syrup. Patty is a talented and gracious hostess. Seymour House was homey and has retained the period craftsmanship of high ceilings, wide baseboards, hardwood floors and corner cabinets. Breakfast was served with elegant china and stemware. Did I mention how delicious Patty's special blend of coffee tasted... More
