My husband and I stayed in Room #2 in the front of the Inn on a Friday night. The room was probably overpriced at $200 plus tax, but it was clean and quaint and included breakfast. I would describe the room as one that needs updating, but comfortable maybe like an older vacation cottage. We choose this room with an... More

Absolutely beautiful golf course and the restaurant is delightful! Saturday night prime rib is fantastic! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I gave a rating of average because the room needs updating and was dusty. Also, The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not what we expected for the price.

This review is from a family with a nine and twelve year old who are not golfers. We loved this. We called and got the boys a lesson with a pro. At the end, they could not wait to get out there. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and seemed welcoming to a family of novices who were probably too... More

Food was fabulous....truly enjoyed the Midwestern potato battered bluegill, course was great especially for early season, the rooms were unique and very cozy, and the service and hospitality was impeccable. I would would highly recommend this for a weekend getaway on the beautiful west side of Michigan!

My impression of the Inn was much different than we experienced. We would not get in the front door to the registration and the staff was not very organized to handle guests after a few minutes knocking, we were let in. We had to go in through a side door up the back stairs to our rooms. The rooms desperately... More

My sisters and I wanted to celebrate one sister's birthday with a trip north. Because of a conflict we weren't able to go as far north as we wanted. We ended up in South Haven on 4th of July weekend and getting a great suite at Hawkheads because of a last minute cancellation. The Inn was filled with wedding guests... More

We love HawksHead. My husband and I have stayed there many times and enjoyed several of their rooms. It's clean, cosy and relaxing. It's small enough to give a person touch. We can easily drive in to South Haven for a little night life and still escape the noise and bustle at night. Each room has an excellent view. The... More

This experience was one of no comparison to other trips like this! The rooms truly made you feel at home as well as the attentive staff! We also had dinner and tried their new menu, which was delectable! We really enjoyed the grilled avocado salad--delicious combinations of tastes and flavors! Not to mention, the new chef did a PHENOMENAL job... More

My wife, I, and another couple, spent a very comfortable overnight stay at the Inn at HawksHead. The staff was very welcoming and wanted to make our stay the best. It is a small inn with only 9 rooms of various sizes. We stayed in rooms 8 & 9. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable with views of the... More

This Inn is fantastic. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless and the staff was not only helpful but extremely friendly. My family took up all nine rooms and the staff catered to our every need. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back regularly. I would recommend the Inn to anyone looking to get far enough... More
