Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Sherry, who showed us around and explained the breakfast schedule, which suited us just fine.We had the room on the first floor which was very comfortable with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub which we both enjoyed. The mattress is FABULOUS, sheets yummy---we wish we could have the same bed at our home!... As 30-somethings looking for a romantic get away I can't say enough about Twin Oaks in Saugatuck, MI! Sherry and Lisa are amazing hosts, offered great advice and scrumptious breakfasts. The Inn is gorgeous, just renovated and very modern. Looks like it could be out of a Pottery Barn catalogue :) The location to restaurants and shops couldn't be better,... More

This is great place run by two great ladies in a really great location. To start they have lots of parking and off the street. When you arrive you are greeted with a warm smile by Lisa and Sherry and a quick tour of the facility. We reserved room 1, which is on the 2nd floor at the top the... More

This was our last stay on our tour of Lake Michigan before returning to Chicago, and we were not disappointed. Lisa and Sherry are not only wonderful hosts, but lovely people. Since we made our booking the whole B&B has been transformed, with all rooms and public areas being 'remodelled'. As we were the only guests (and because Lisa was... More

My teen daughters and I stayed at Twin Oaks at the end of June to celebrate my birthday in Saugatuck, one of my most favorite places to visit. Willa made us feel like her favorite relatives coming for a visit! If her hospitality didn't win us over, the homey feeling of the B&B and its proximity to downtown (across the... More

When we first arrived at the Twin Oaks, we were slightly taken aback to learn that the new owners had only been running the inn for a little over a month. We weren't disappointed, though. Sherry and Lisa were very outgoing and made us feel right at home. Everything was well organized and they couldn't have been more helpful with... More

The plus side .The place is clean ,close to everything, The breakfast was pretty and the baked goods were great, Disappointed in the breakfast very portion controlled . They served a plate of 4 slices of baked French toast the first day for 4 people which was adequate because of the fruit and coffee cake. The second day the egg... More

We picked this B & B for its scheduling flexibility over the upcoming Labor Day weekend, competitive pricing, and proximity to downtown. Upon our arrival, we discovered friendly owners, excellent location to many great restaurants stores and water front attractions as well as a beautiful view of Kalamazoo Lake just outside the house. I'd highly recommend this place if you... More

My wife and I took a long weekend to drop off a kid at college then enjoy a sunny birthday at the shore. Saugatuck stays pretty booked up in the summer but just in case we called the Twin Oaks (based on Tripadvisor reviews) and Willa said to come on over. We were driving; she asked if we had a... More
