My husband and I stayed at the Bayside Inn on a winter weekend in February. We both agree that, overall, it's the best B&B experience we've had. The staff was very friendly, the location is great (within walking distance to everything in downtown Saugatuck), & it's the most spacious & comfortable room we've had at a bed and breakfast. We... We spent the night in Saugatuck with friends and stayed at the Bayside Inn. The location is great and the rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would defintely go back.

Stayed here with my wife and in-laws a while back and remember it being real nice. The Bayside Inn is right on the Kalamazoo River and a short walk to the heart of downtown Saugatuck. The suites we stayed in were very roomy, clean and there was a nice gas fireplace amongst other amenities. The host of the inn was... More

My friend and I stayed at the Bayside Inn in December. Although it was cold and snowy we loved our stay. We stayed in room 9 which is a suite that overlooks the river. The staff couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Even though we were the only ones staying at the Inn, it was a Monday, they served us... More

We like to go to Saugatuck for a weekend in November before the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season begins. This was the first time we stayed at Bayside. After our weekend there, we probably won't stay anywhere else. The staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was the best. Our room was great, it was on... More

My wife and I visited this little gem en-route from Chicago to Indianapolis. Although we were only booked in for the one night, we immediately felt the friendliness and peace of the establishment on entering. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the water. The room was superbly appointed with a large comfortable bed and plenty of space for... More

I am very surprised to see any negative reviews on the Inn. We stayed for one night in August on our way to the UP. This little inn is so charming clean, comfortable, and extremely friendly. The lady at the front desk (forgot her name) was the kindness person in the whole town as sweet as could be very accommodating.... More

We had Room 1 upstairs facing the water with a really nice porch. Very comfortable and clean. It was a cool evening, so we were comfortable with the windows open. I am not sure it would be as comfortable on a hot summer night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great little town and all the shops and restaurants are... More

My 75 year old grandparents were taking a last minute mini vacation and made a reservation here for three nights. They found other plans and my sweet nana informed her they would like to shorten their stay to only two days. She then was verbally assaulted in front of other guests. The woman at the front desk was so extremely... More

I am absolutely shocked by this review. I would be more than happy to talk with you or your grandparents regarding this situation as I am utterly appalled that anything like this could have occurred with our staff. I am very sorry for this situation and would love to be given the opportunity to come to an acceptable conclusion if... More
