As I read the reviews in front of this, I have to say, I am a bit confused, Did new owners take over? My family has booked the bottom floor of this establishement many times and have had nothing but fun. We stay for about 3-4 days and never have any problems. more
This place was horrible. Everything that was said in the first review is the complete same experience we had. No clean room or linen or towels for 4 days straight and no breakfast served, which was very confusing in the reservations. Will never stay there again. Love Saugatuck, but will take my money elsewhere. more
We consider Saugatuck, Michigan our private getaway spot, after taking at least one long week-end there per year for the past eight years.
