Nice lodging but I think they have gotten confused. A 500 ft view of Lake Michigan does not constituted a beach resort. Other then the price it isn't bad. more

The Holiday Inn was 2.5 miles from old town. The review about the electrical wires was spot on. The street in front of the hotel between you and the lake was extremely busy and noisy. My wife and I and our two children(age 18 and 21) stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Joseph, MI for the weekend. Everything about the stay was perfect.
