Had a great room on the 4th floor with a Jacuzzi. All the rooms have a view not sure why it was so warm in the hotel especially in the hallways. Great price friendly check in. Gave us casino bucks. Had the biggest Jacuzzi tub we have ever seen. The only time we saw any other guests was when we... More

Room was nice, great view, we had a good family trip, until....I realized we left two jackets behind (one being a North Face) and when I called back I was misled for days. Everyday trying to find out who I need to talk to, (the head housekeeper), but I was just given the run around by the staff, never speaking... More

Went to this hotel for a short summer get-away with friends. There were several problems with one of the rooms we rented (AC and heater didn't work, coffee pot didn't work, towel rack falling off wall, carpet not vacuumed, etc) and the issues were not resolved when brought to the attention of the front desk. The pool is very nice,... More

This hotel is in St. Ignace and very close to all of the ferry lines. We originally had a King size bed and had to switch to a Queen because we needed a handicapped room. Had no issues while we were there. Did notice though that the water gets VERY hot VERY fast and the pipes under the sink in... More

We stayed here 2 nights and had a great room on a higher floor overlooking the lake. Beautiful view with a balcony to sit out and relax on. I believe every room overlooks Lake Huron. They have a small beach area and many were sitting and enjoying the view and a few swimmers also. The place has been recently updated... More

We paid $79.99 and we're upgraded to a lakeview room. I'd say that the room is decent for the price, but don't expect a Hilton or Marriott (no room service, no frills) The building is away from the lobby area. There is only one elevator in the building and some stairs were still required to get to my room. The... More

Don't really care about their guest. All they want is your money. They claim to have remodeled but should have invested in better customer service. Buyer Beware. Didn't get a confirmation emailed at original booking. When I had to check out a day earlier than planed, with proper cause, was billed for additional day anyway. Manager stated all guest sign-in... We stayed here one night while in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Check in was easy, the room really pretty with a private balcony overlooking Lake Huron and Mackinac Island. The beds were very comfy. Bathroom had good water pressure. Free breakfast was good however the breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate the number of guests. I would definitely stay... More

Normally we stay on Mackinac Island, but this was a last minute decision and when we weren't able to book our favorite hotel on the island, we decided to stay in St. Ignace and day trip to the island. We had a very pleasant stay and had no complaints about the room. Our room had recently been renovated and was... More

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel! I was a little concerned over some of the reviews, but it exceeded what I expected. The beds were clean and comfortable and everything else was sufficient. Could use a good detailed cleaning. Toilet had some issues, but we were able together it straightened out fairly quickly. One small complaint. Though it... More
