First time staying at the casino hotel. Wasn't as nice as I thought, but wasn't bad. I'm glad I didn't pay "full" price as I had a coupon. No real complaints about the room. Only negative was the shower head was a little low and I'm only 5' 7" so I think a taller person might have an issue. My... More

The property was better than expected, the room was clean and spacious, we had a good night sleep. The only problem was the shower, the water was either hot or cold, we just couldn't get the temperature right, seemed that the water valve was not working properly and it was making a lot of knocking noises. The dinner buffet with... More

We spent one night at the hotel and enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were new but the bed spreads were very frayed and old. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again in our future trips in that area. Dinner was excellent at the buffet but the breakfast buffet needs some improvement.

My wife and I just returned from staying at the Kewadin Hotel and Casino. This is the 4th time we have stayed at the property and I must say the current management really stepped up their game! The staff on the casino floor were very friendly and helpful but, most importantly, the management finally realized something had to be done... More

Thirty of my friends and I ventured to the casino via tour bus. When we got to the hotel, we were checked in promptly and we all went to our rooms. They were very clean and we were happy with the space. However, as soon as we went downstairs to the casino, we were overcome with smoke. Some of us... More

I'm not big on gambling but my BFF really wanted to go, so I was game. I enjoyed the location for day trips around the UP. Be sure to ask about discounts when you make your reservation, because we discovered you cannot ask for AAA or AARP discounts after you arrive. I hated that the entire place, even our nonsmoking... We love this place. Great place to stay and play. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and well kept. The food is great and the prices are quite reasonable. The deals offered make staying any other place questionable.

We stay at least 2 times a year here. I just booked our 3 weekends for this spring, summer & fall visits. The hotel is a little tired looking, needing new carpet, bedding & linens would be nice. The furniture is as old as the hotel but it's ok. Beds are comfy enough. Have to agree the lake side rooms... More

We stayed here on thursday nite. Pool was clean and the hot tub hot. The view is great. Lots of trailer parking. No real good access to snowmobile trails, it is best to trailer to west side of town.I will stay here again.

Stayed there the weekend of "Pond Hockey" last month. Was very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were ok, but clean. The dealers were ALL nice, and even rooted for the players. Its nice when they at least act like they are on your side. The band in the bar was really good considering for how far from a major city the... More
