We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful . Everything was clean and comfortable, loved the fireplaces, whirlpool,tub and balcony. We enjoyed a steak dinner at the Sundance restaurant, visited the gift shop and stopped by to listen to karaoke . We left happy and relaxed.

Have that name re-written in all of your advertisements. It will become much more inviting. Prices should be adjusted so that the lower middle class (under 80K per Year) can also easily afford to stay at your location. The staff should be more friendly and less formal.
