We had just finished a fabulous wedding reception and were looking forward to a good nights rest and a nice romantic evening because it was also Valentines's Day! Little did we know that we were staying at a "night club" (the recetiosnists response to 1 of several noise complaints). We arrived at the hotel around midnight, long after we originally checked in with the rude receptionist. Around 1:30 am, the nightmare began. People were in the hall way playing music, talking loudly, yelling about trophies, and you could just smell weed linguring everywhere. We started to call the front desk around 2am. We gave it a little while before we did anything because we figured the noise would die out. But we were wrong. The first time I called to complain, she hung up on me. I called back furious and she said she didn't. hang up. We waited a little while and still nothing happened. We then called again, someone picked up, didn't say anything, and then hung up.
