Rooms OK, bathrooms reasonably clean, but few amenities. TV did not work until I plugged it into a different outlet. Supposed "hot breakfast" was cinnamon roll and cold cereal. When I asked at desk, clerk said that "their equipment was broken" and she did not know when it would be fixed.

You are paying more to stay here than other hotels for their amentities. Their amentities are worthless. Pool was ice cold and dirty. Hotel was nice, breakfast was great too, but the morning staff member at the front desk on the 3rd of September was rude and seemed not to enjoy being employed with the Holiday Inn. I would suggest re-training for her, or perhaps, have her work behind the scene, as her attitude does not help business one bit.
