I stumbled on this beautiful rustic lodge about 5 years ago. I have since had my wedding there in 2006 and I have been for New Years Eve and other holidays and had a fantastic time. The owners of the lodge add to the amazing overall experience with their friendly down home style of running things. If you are looking... more

There was a group of 35 of us or so that stayed at the lodge this past weekend. It was absolutely fantastic. The location is beautiful. The fireplace/common areas are terrific. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating, but the value for the price is fantastic. I'd highly recommend this establishment. My dog had a great time as well!... more

we took a group of 35 + 40 dogs- well behaved dogs are welcome everywhere at the Lodge. Very welcoming, wonderful owners & staff. Everyone in our group was over the moon for a chance to have their dogs have a happy vacation right at their sides. I hesitate to tell you how great this place is... so that I... more

We've come up to the lodge regularly every year for the past 4 years and we are always treated great and have a fun time! Wether it be for deer hunting, TUT, The 4th of July or just a weekend getaway we know we will always get great service, rates and a comfy room. We like hanging out with the... more

My wife, I, and another couple traveled about 8 hrs by motorcycle before arriving at the Lodge. Randy greeted us, let us look at the available rooms and decide which one each couple wanted. We decided, he threw us the keys and said "consider yourself checked-in". He later showed us around the Lodge, helped us find the best place to... more

We come here every year for Tip Up Town. Randy is by far the best host anyone could ask for. He goes out of his way for all his guests, and always add the personal touch. We're usually known as the rowdy bunch every year during the second week of TUT... If you ask Randy about Jerry, Louie, Brad, and... more

I discovered the East Bay Lodge about two years ago and have spent 9 trips there now with my Black Lab, including Thanksgiving and Christmas last year and this year. It's like family there. The people (and the dogs) are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are comfortable. The Lodge Great Room has everything from TV to pool to video games to... more

After reading others' reviews here and checking out the web site, I was pretty excited about finding the East Bay Lodge. I'm not really a high maintenance hotel type, but still our stay there was kind of disappointing. We stayed in a standard room, and it was really small. They managed to squeeze in a king bed, a dresser, a... more

We thank you for your feedback. The Lodge is an 80-year old building. The standard rooms are small because the bathrooms took up space when renovated from community bath, to private baths in each room back in the 60's. There are larger rooms available. Most bathrooms and showers have been updated since your visit. We have completed many projects since...
