Dirty, used sheets, stains on the carpet, hair ball in the shower drain, cracking plaster above the shower, strange smell (that I don't care to have identified). My family and I will NEVER stay in this place again. We complained to the chain and were told they would get back to us. Well, it's now the end of January and... more

This is a good hotel for the Port Huron area. The beds are comfy and the free breakfast was nice. more

We ended up staying here at the Comfort Inn in Port Huron due to car problems. It is clean, actually the nicest Comfort Inn we have stayed at. (We haven't had a lot of luck with Comfort Inns in the past.) It is right off the highway in a sort of industrial area with only a Fairfield and Hampton Inn,... more

We have stayed at this hotel many times, we stay at least five nights each trip north to visit family. I feel qualified to say that it is a good place to stay. We are always impressed by the courtesy of the staff, the variety and freshness of the comp breakfast, and the PRICE. We stay in a jacuzzi room... more

It was an decent nice stay. Nothing spectacular. Nothing offending. Staff was friendly. Facilities are at the last half of their life, but again clean. more

Everything about this hotel was adequate for what we needed. Only stayed one night. We arrived after 11 p.m at night and was told that the security door near our room was still unlocked (was suppose to be locked at night) and the fire door at the top of the stairs that was suppose to be closed was blocked open. more

What's all the fuss? I've stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a problem. While it's true that sometimes you do hear noises coming from adjacent rooms, that's to be expected, the same as you would hear noises coming from other parts of your own home. I've traveled with my son's hockey team and know how noisy... more

Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament. Fabulous staff, great customer service, tried to make things right. They let the kids and parents alike have a good time, but the rooms weren't that great. Bathrooms ... stark white no ambience ... showers were gross, and the tile along the shower moldy. If you don't care what a room looks... more

It was average, nothing else to say. We had no problem with check in or check out. The room was nice and clean. If you are looking for strictly a place to sleep after being on the road awhile, this will work. more

The room was a smoking room, even though I had asked for a non-smoking room when I booked online. We were too tired to move to another room, but the front desk did tell us upon CHECK-OUT that they would have changed the room had we asked. There was peeling wall paper and an odd smell in the hallway and... more
