We just stayed at the PHKOA for the Victoria Day long weekend. As always the kids had a great time. The staff had a whole slew of activities for the kids. We stayed on a full serviced site near the sports zone and bouncy pillow. It was nice as we could keep an eye on our kids from our site.... More

We mainly came here because the brochure advertised a working train. We came to find out that the train was not working and is owned by Sawmill City. It looks like the train has not operated in a long time (dirt over tracks at crossings and weeds), so don't get your hopes up for it. The train runs every hour... More

We stayed here during the VKR members appreciation weekend, and it was packed. We tented it, but we weren't the only ones, which is a nice change. This is a large park - really large. It's attached to Sawmill City fun park, and you can get tickets at the front desk. There are 2 pools, a bouncy pillow, basket ball... More

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 5 years and we love it there. I'm always surprised to hear the negative reviews about the "kids" that run the campgrounds, as we have always found the people here to be fun, and nice. We usually travel as a bigger group and have a fantastic time at this campground. I... More

Overall the campsite is very nice, many things for the kids to do and very big. But the staff have no enthusiasm and the worst part is the cleanliness. The bathrooms are supposed to be cleaned every day, but I know for a fact they are not, the same clogged toilets and same urine covered floors remained till today, I... More

First time in this campground and it will be my last, we paid for a premium lot with full hook-up, wifi and cable, don’t waste your money as the wifi is so bad you can’t get on the web and the cable was non existent , we went to the front desk to complain and was told somebody would come... More

This KOA is awful. Campers were noisy! Had no respect for anyone else. Bratty unsupervised kids running everywhere. And if they weren't running they were on bikes, recumbent bikes and darting out in front of cars. I will never stay at another KOA again! Worst RV stay of our entire vacation!

This KOA is very kid oriented. We did not have kids along on this trip so I don't know about the prices. We rented a cabin and while check in is after 3 we arrived at 4:30 and had to wait almost an hour for our cabin to be cleaned. The bathrooms also needed to be cleaned more often. The... More

Well we all know that there must be some sort of rules in place at any camp ground, hotel and even every household but it is how you enforce them that speaks volumes about an organization. When we arrived the first sign that we saw was a "No outside firewood" allowed, the excuse given was the ash borer worm... a... More

This was our first time to a KOA. We had the 2 room cabin for our group, which consisted of my husband, myself, and 3 children. Cabins were the perfect size, and clean. The entire grounds were clean and very well kept. We were unable to use the pool as the weather was not the greatest. The weather also stopped... More
