I am not here to trash this hotel. I will be as objective as possible. The front desk service was great. Always greeted with a smile and friendly voice (over the phone and at the counter). The included breakfast was better than I expected. At this calibre of hotel (I compare it with Homewood Suites), I expected a basic powdered... more

We stayed in a two bedroom suite the third time at this hotel. The women at the desk was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast good and the staff in the breakfast room was very obliging. The rooms are quiet. There are two desktops in the business center for complimentary usage. There is a billard table for free... more

Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning. I found silverware and plastic lids at the edge of the sofabed. Also, my husband specifically asked the clerk on 12-30-08 what were the breakfast hours for New Years's Eve and he was told from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Unfortunately we missed breakfast, it was from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. more

My group's stay at the Residence Inn was fantastic! We had 2 two-bedroom rooms. Each was spacious and the kitchens were clean and ready for use. The bathrooms ( we had one in each bedroom) were clean and plenty big for us, too. The beds were comfortable and having three TV's was awesome since we had 5 kids in each... more

Our travel purpose was shopping. We went to somerset collection and great lakes crossing as well. This hotel is located at half way between them (10~15 min drive to south or north on I-75). I-75 is just 1-2 mile away from hotel. Hotel was quite clean and all staff were friendly. Full kitchen was quite useful for us because we... more

This is a great Residence Inn. The room was a little smaller than I have seen in others - but it was made up for my AMAZING service (I needed some paper for my printer and they sent me up a whole package of it free). Nice breakfast and snacks on weekday evenings. CLEAN and comfortable bedroom. Overall I would... more

4 of us (4 ladies) went away on a shopping weekend - namely to Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills and then other stores in the area, and this was a great place for the four of us, we had a 2 bedroom suite, so we had a bedroom each plus use of a sofabed, and 2 bathrooms (most essential... more

I took my two boys (ages 14 & 12) for our annual "end of summer" getaway/school shopping trip. We stayed for two nights, and I must say from the time we checked in until the time we left, it was A1 all the way. We arrived at around 2:00 p.m. and checked in right away. We checked out the hotel... more

Were able to get our room by noon. Property was well kept and the staff were the nicest we have encountered at a hotel. The room was very quiet and spotless. We enjoyed complimentary popcorn and fruit. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have had at a hotel. Enjoyed a quiet game of pool before checking out. Very... more

This is a comfortable suites hotel near the Pontiac Silver Dome. The staff was outstanding at every interaction. The breakfast buffet was great. There is a good exercise room and a nice pool. This hotel is near a large number of auto plants but there was no noise from them. Most guests at this hotel are working people, temporarily at... more
