Hotel was clean, modernized, and staff were friendly and accommodating. It has a nice indoor pool and also and outdoor patio which is nicely landscaped. The rooms have microwaves and small fridges. Excellent breakfast as well.

We moved from the familiar into the unknown as we decided to try the Comfort Inn in Plainwell. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised. This is a business or travel hotel, not a resort, but we loved it. Extremely clean, great bedding, beds, and towels. Nice to stay at a place in Allegan County where the towels are thick enough so... More

Stayed for two nights. Clean Room, friendly staff. Good choice for continental breakfast, waffles, eggs and sausage as well as standard offerings. Clean pool and hot tub area. Internet can be a little slow during peak usage times. Overall good hotel.

I had an average experience at this hotel. The property is nice and clean but ther was nothing outstanding about it. The room quality, pool and breakfast are all pretty average. The price for the room was at the high end of my threshold for an average hotel. I stayed here because it was close to Bittersweet ski area. I... More

I had just ridden in a full-day of rain on the motorcycle - and was pleased to finally arrive, where I made a reservation. Helpful staff - allowed me to park the bike under the front canopy and (the next morning when the sun was finally shining) they allowed me to use the hose and bucket out back to wash... More

Not only did we have a comfortable large room, we had great bedding, comfortable bed, very clean furnishings and rug, you could open a window for fresh air, it was quiet...The bkfst. buffet was well attended to, excellent choices, very clean and fresh tasting. We had a very nice staff whose purpose was service from the time we entered 'til... More

Nothing negative to say about our stay here. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, breakfast good! The only down side was that there was no elevator, so we got a first floor room.

Very clean and well serviced hotel. Owners have obviously kept up with Choice renovations and it shows in all the awards they have in the hotel. Stayed for personal trip to Pine Lake and was conveniently located to what we needed.

We changed from a "close-in" Quality Inn - which had poor reviews once we read them, and our local contact said - DON'T STAY ON SPRINKLE ROAD no matter what! A single-King "room" was more like a suite! Vaulted ceiling, very large by today's standards. Very large "walk in" shower, soft-water fed. Double vanity, all the goodies, lots of towels.... More

What a great hotel! Very clean. Nicely decorated. The room was just magnificent! The only negatives were that there is no elevator and the hot tub could have been hotter. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very nice and polite. The pool area was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Loved the hotel!!
