This hotel was unaccomidating to our needs. Their housekeeping department was non exsitent, and the front desk was slow to respond to any of our needs. Their customer service was poor in taking care of us as a guest of their hotel. more

First of all there is no pool and the hotel is a few blocks away from the water. I was only able to get wireless internet my last night there-disappointing. This was a great deal - granted, we were there in chilly April, and with a sports team and their families that booked 12 rooms @ $44. night. Petoskey is a beautiful area. This hotel was very curtious and accomodating. The rooms were clean. We booked the delux standard room and it was very reasonable. We had a great view of the bay.
