Average room that is way overpriced at $69. Large room with one uncomfortable lounge chair. Wall covering is peeling from people leaning too far back in the chair. Mattress is soft. Our basic two queen sized bed room was clean. The continental breakfast consists of doughnuts, coffee, and juice. There is a charge for ice. This motel is very close to the beach, only 15-20 minutes away from Taquomenon Falls State Park which is a Michigan Upper Peninsula MUST SEE! Basic, adequate motel.

Can't complain, it was average and over priced for the age of the hotel. But it was in the middle of the woods in the upper peninsula. The desk clerk directed us to a good local restaurant where I could enjoy my smoked and fried whitefish. We wanted to go to the Shipwreck Museum and Paradise had the nearest hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise. The inn has a lot of charm, the service is very good and the quality of the food in the dining room is excellent.
