The room was very comfortable, free internet access (which was great- since we had no cell phone service!) and the front desk clerk that evening went out of his way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The Best Western in Paradise Michigan is modern and clean. Entire staff, from desk receptionists to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.
