We've been going to Cloud Nine since 1993. We have stayed there at least 30+ times.....NEVER a bad experience. Jim & Eve are the consummate hosts, attending to your every need. And the cabins.... we have stayed in them all, and they are all REMARKABLY clean, and the mattresses are top quality, not the usual cheap motel kind. The grounds... More

Amazing, romantic, rustic. This trip was the relaxation that was needed. Cabin was a bit musky, but we opened the windows and it cleared right out. You are in the UP, rustic and country is what your going to get. The owners are nice, the beach is beautiful and a bit warmer water due to the Tahquemenon river mouth being... More

$90/night well worth it. I'm not rustic by any stretch of the meaning, but I was quite comfortable here. The owners are so nice, I could have spent hours the first night visiting with them. They have 100's of VHS you can borrow and watch in your cottage if you wanted. #1 was clean and I never saw one bug... More

I stayed here the weekend of 3/9/2013 and if you are considering staying at Cloud Nine Cottages, I would take your business elsewhere. There are better, nicer accommodations in the Paradise area for the same if not less money. I have never been compelled to sit down and take the time to write a negative review until I stayed at... My family had a very nice time staying at the Cloud Nine Cottages. We stayed in cabin#2 which had 2 bedrooms. The property is right on the beach of Whitefish Bay, which is a little warmer than other areas of Lake Superior. I think because it is so shallow. Very nice and clean beach. We watched the town’s fireworks on... More

We stayed at Cloud ( Cabins for the sole purpose of snowmobiling. The cabin was perfect for our needs, and was very roomy and pleasant. The bedrooms were a bit drafty, but other than that an excellent value for your dollar. The owners were very friendly and offered the use of their heated garage in the event I needed to... More

I have stayed at the Cloud 9 Cottages twice, both times during the off-season, and both times have been excellent. I've had two different cabins, both very comfortable and very charming though very different from each other. The property is located right on the lake side and has great views of the water and the mountains across the bay, although... More
