We have stayed at Mai tiki for the past three summers. Our first two stays were great. This year was a different story. THe owner was hardly ever seen, Open septic tank outside of our cabin window and a 7 year old screaming on the toilet why we tried to find toilet paper for him. This had always been supplied.... more

Not a good experience at all. While the three remodeled cottages look very nice, the remainder of the cottages are two step above abandoned, and the property owners are much more interested in entertaining their friends than they are concerned about guests. Every window has a torn screen, some are missing half their hinges, and the condition of the furniture... more
My husband and I and our two boys, ages 9 and 11, stayed at Mai Tiki for Memorial Day weekend. Overall, we had a very good experience. We stayed in Cottage 14, which is one of the two cottages that have recently been remodeled. It was clean, spacious, and actually a pretty cool place to stay for a few days.... more
