This hotel was ok. The workout room was great, state of the art equipment. The bathroom in my room was kind of gross. The hotel bar needs to have quicker service. I waited for 15 minutes watching tv before the bartender came out of the supply room and took an order.

The hotel was very clean, the workout room and pool facilities are very good. The rooms were a little small from what I'm accustomed to however they were very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

The staff at the DoubleTree- Novi was excellent and accomodating. We had an excellent couples stay with Brunch the next morning for Mother's Day with the Parents and siblings meeting us. And the price didn't go up. Keep up the great spirits.

Arrival and check out handled efficiently. Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. Food area kept very clean and well attended. Suite was large and clean with furniture in excellent condition. Good value for an overnight stay.
