“It is the little things”

The Internet did not work and the front desk was unable to help. The refrigerator whine was constant. The bed squealed loudly whenever I moved. Hats off to the service given to me trying to get in-room service with my computer. Christian Taylor at the Crowne Plaza was a huge help. The wake up calls were on time and worry free. Very much appreciated.

“One of the best”

When I travel to Michigan (Detroit area), I make it a point to stay here each and every tiime. The rooms are very nice and quiet, and they gave me an upgrade when I arrived. The Novi Chophouse is excellent, another good reason to stay there. The layout of the rooms are interesting, but very enjoyable.

“Good location.”

Room was basic room. No major issues. Elevator was down one day. Had a bird in hall way due to open foyer layout. Received breakfast coupons which was nice each morning. Hotel could use a few updates.
