Stayed at the Hampton Inn Northville for business purposes. I was in town for a seminar at the Inn at St. John's. There was no room availability there, so had to stay at the Hampton. I was glad I did. Very nicely appointed room, nice linens, and neat as a pin. Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. Friendly front desk, good fast internet. I always stay at the Inn at St. John's, because of convenience purposes, however, I may not in the future. This Hampton was a great value. more

Stayed here for one night on business.

I liked the location of the hotel a lot - it is right off of 8 Mile and is adjacent to a Trader Joe's, a coffee shop, chocolate store, Pizzeria Uno's, among many other stores. There's also a Chili's across the street.

My only problem with this hotel is that it appears to be an older building, and is quite dark. Decor leaves a bit to be desired and it gives the impression of being an old HoJo or similar, converted hastily into a Hampton.

My room was standard, nothing fancy. Appeared clean and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was large and appeared well kept. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, no complaints.

It is important to note that this hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so perhaps the interior of this hotel will change a bit in time! more
