We have just stayed here for 3 nights in our motorhome. Lovely campsite as long as you aren't expecting the manicured lawn type grass we have in the UK. The site is very French, the staff are lovely and the croissants and bread in the mornings are wonderful. The wifi doesn't have the strongest of signals but it is free,... More

We had an absolutely great stay at Camping les Baleines and recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to enjoy top quality camping in beautiful, relaxing natural surroundings. We were there at the very end of August, and first two weeks of September, and the weather was perfect. The site and location is so tranquil that I'd forgotten what day... More

We have just returned from 10 nights at the campsite. This campsite is truly perfect in every way! Next to the beach, you can smell the sea air, and hear the waves occasionally. The beach is rocky but the fact there is a lighthouse right next door should give you a clue to this fact. If you walk about 10-15... More

Lovely and friendly service, great location , could hear the sea at night, peaceful with cycles to rent , kids played volleyball/table-tennis and fabulous croissant and baguettes in bakery each morning. Could not have wished for something nicer!

We stayed at the camp-site for four nights with our two sons and, although I am generally quite hard to please, I have to say that this place was just beautiful. Its literally on the beach so you can hear the sea from your tent. The pitches and very well set out, the staff were wonderful, very helpful when you... More

Thank you so much for your message. We want this campsite very quiet, nature and secure for our customers. We got the " european ecolabel" in September and we begin works in the others showers. It will be a pleasure to receive you next year. Regard. More

Book this in advance and cost was 37 euros a night in July. Two of the three toilet blocks are very poor and I think the suggestion they sell grocery is a bit of an exaggeration. The beach is also very poor. One electric bollard was not working at all and we had to extend across two other pitches to... More

Seaweeds in decomposition at the nearby beach, behind the dike 50 meters away from the campsite, result in the amoniac gas emission and of sulphurated compounds... I experienced nausea in the middle of the night due to gas accumulation in our mobile home. The smell is often strong in all the campsite. It is not about a temporary phenomenon, the... More
