Stayed at the Quartz Mountain Inn while visiting the Marquette area. The service was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is convenient, but near busy road. The rooms are very basic and unfortunately don't provide much for noise insulation from your neighbors which in our case were loud. If you like the mom and pop style in give it... more

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a little Yooper hospitality staying with Jack and Nola at the Quartz Mountain Inn. I have stayed at this family owned and run inn several times. The owners are Jack and Nola and they truly will do anything they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. During my stays this includes teaching me of the local geography and geology (Jack is a geologist), providing local information and being wonderfully enjoyable breakfast company. The... more
