We spent two nights here in April and it is the perfect venue when visiting the Normandy landing sites. It is a family run hotel and is a little more expensive than I felt it should be. Everything is well appointed, clean and well run. We were in room 2 and if you are a tall man who likes a... More

Exelent in every way. Comfortable rooms.Excellent food, friendly staff. You could not wish for a better place to stay.It was ideal as a base to tour the Normandy beaches and museums. We also went to see the Bayuex Tapestry , all in all a very good trip.

room very small but beautiful with great upstairs via a stone windy staircase for my son. Ensuite was great with stone shower. Wifi was unstable but when we left we were told that we should have spoken again the staff about this. Would recommend as setting was stunning.

Calm and quite surroundings, nice rooms in 'manor style' and a superb restaurant a few kilometers from the Normandy landing beaches. Friendly and help some staff - all you need for a perfect trip to France!

Our family of five (3 small children) enjoyed a wonderful stay for a few nights in a great suite at Ferme de la Ranconniere. Charming hotel, in the Normandy area, with outstanding staff. Very close to the coast and the D-Day sites (an easy 20 minute drive or so). Staff was helpful, professional and lovely. Our suite was very large,... More

Ferme de La Ranconniere did not disappoint on any level, from the beautiful countryside upon arrival, to the well appointed but not overdone atmosphere and history around every corner. We had the feeling we were visiting friends when we wanted advice or a meal, and that we were on our own adventure when we wanted to enter and exit anonymously.... More

We stumbled upon this hotel while driving through Normandy. It truly is a hotel with character. Very close to the coast and the D-Day sites. Staff was lovely. Rooms were good size, historic but with modern bathrooms. It is in a quaint village. I was impressed with the breakfast. The grounds were lovely. My husband, myself and our 13 year... More

When we first arrived at the hotel I was a little disappointed to find the room much smaller than we had expected as the photos on the website gave the impression that the Roucoule room was larger. However, the room was so clean and comfortable, large bed, quality fittings and a spacious en suite, that the size was soon forgotten.... More

We had an excellent stay here. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Dinner was outstanding as well was the service. Our room was small but that was our choice. You can choose to have bigger rooms and this was well explained when we booked the room. More than sufficient for one night stay. The hotel and surroundings are extremely... More

We stayed at the Ferme over New Year's. We had spent the previous weeks of our trip in big cities, and we were very pleased with the peace and quiet. The hotel is full of charm and atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and helpful.. We really enjoyed the lounge with a giant cozy fire. You will have to be willing... More
