We stayed at the Ferme over New Year's. We had spent the previous weeks of our trip in big cities, and we were very pleased with the peace and quiet. The hotel is full of charm and atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and helpful.. We really enjoyed the lounge with a giant cozy fire. You will have to be willing... More

If you want to visit the D-Day historical sites, this is a beautiful hotel situated in the bucolic setting of the small town of Crepon. It was a former farm house, but over the years buildings have been added and eventually turned into this charming hotel. The restaurant serves great food. The rooms are all different, but clean and rustic.... More

Love, love, love this hotel! We stayed for 4 days/3 nights during the first part of our 25th wedding anniversary trip to France. My husband is an Army officer so we decided to stay at the hotel and view the DDay landmarks/museums throughout the area. The hotel is so charming, staff is very friendly, restaurant is superb and location is... More

This is an old farmhouse which has been converted to a hotel. The place is beautiful and the rooms are charming and have the French touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked a small double, and we're not expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised with the room, the only complaint I had was hitting my head... More

This is a beautiful historic hotel which was once part of an old farm. The building is beautiful and the rooms are set around a court which also provides parking. The main building houses some luxurious bedrooms, the bar, restaurant and breakfast room. Both of which have huge fire places dating back to 14000. There was a blazing fire giving... More

I've had my eye on this hotel for years now ... but it wasn't until recently that I was finally able to stay here. On a recent tour of the battlefields of northern France and Normandy with some friends, we paused for a night at this beautiful old manor house. The rooms, authentically decorated with exposed stone and old, hand-hewn... More

This is the first time we stay in this hotel, it was in our to-do-list since a few years ago while we were travelling southern in France, during our trip back to Belgium we passed in front of this hotel and we wrote down the name since it looked as a very handsome place. So this time we booked in... More

We stayed at Rançonnière in Oct '14 and really enjoyed our experience. There was free parking and wifi, easy drive to the D-Day beaches and a wonderful restaurant where we had two great dinners. I'd definitely stay here again if going to Normandy.

13th century manor house. Delightful. Relax in this beautiful manor house and let peace sweep you away. Warm and friendly staff welcome you to your beautifully appointed room, full of tasteful character. Enjoy a drink in the bar, with tempting morsels, on leather sofas, while warming by the log fire. Dinner in the dining room is a culinary delight. The... More
